Wired Magazine Talks About New York Pizza

There is a great article in Wired magazine titled "Why New York City's Iconic Pizza Is So Tough to Replicate".

I wonder if Joe Brown the author of the article has tried Giovanni's in Sunnyvale which we reviewed on this site back in December.

Anyway it is an interesting article and it discusses several reasons why New York pizza is so hard to recreate. The one factor I had never heard of before is that the oven over time is able impart flavor. Who knew an oven could do that! So head over to Wired and read the article
